At Chéris Chic, we understand that the anticipation of a new heirloom is part of the experience. Every order is meticulously prepared at our atelier and dispatched with the utmost care to ensure it reaches you in pristine condition.
We are pleased to provide tracked, express shipping to our global clientele. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a personal tracking link to follow your parcel's journey through our premium courier partners.

Bespoke Aftercare: Returns
At Chéris Chic, we are committed to providing an exceptional experience with every purchase. We are confident you will be delighted with your order, but we understand that sometimes an item may not be quite right.
Returns Overview
- Return Window: To ensure a seamless experience, you have 28 days from the date of receipt to return your items for a full refund.
- No Exchanges: Please note that we do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or style, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order at your convenience.
- Condition of Items: All returned pieces must be in their original, unused, and unworn condition, with all garment tags and original packaging intact. Any item showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration cannot be accepted.
Hygiene & Custom Care
To ensure the safety and hygiene of our little customers, we are unable to accept returns on the following unless faulty:
- Hats, Bonnets,
- Socks,
- Tights, and
- Hair Accessories.
Personalized and bespoke monogrammed pieces are considered final sale.
Note: Bodysuits and sleepsuits may be returned provided they remain unworn, unwashed, and in their original boutique condition.
The Return Process
- Documentation: Please complete the Returns Form included in your package and place it inside the box with your items.
- Repackage: Securely repackage your items, ideally using the original boutique box to ensure the goods are protected during transit.
- Shipping: Post your package to the address on the Returns Form. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. We strongly recommend using a tracked service.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 14 business days of receipt and inspection at our atelier.
