Yes. As we specialize in gifts for little ones, we offer a luxury gift-wrapping service. You can select this option at checkout to have your items wrapped in our signature Chéris Chic /Cheris Chics packaging with a personalized note.
Shipping & Delivery
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 2-4 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 2-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 10 days. We will coordinate with the courier to investigate and ensure a resolution is found.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns of new, unworn, and unused items with original tags attached within 28 days of receipt.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the safety and hygiene of our little customers, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on the following items, unless they are faulty:
- Hats & Bonnets
- Socks & Tights
- Hair Accessories (bows, headbands, and clips)
- Personalized or Bespoke Items (e.g., embroidered blankets)
- Gift Cards
Please ensure you check sizing carefully before purchasing these specific items, as we cannot offer exceptions to this policy.
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the replacement. This ensures you get the item you want before it sells out.
To initiate a return, please fill out the Returns Form included in your package and place it inside the box with your items.
Please post your return to the address listed on the form. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Sizing & Products
We know little ones grow quickly. To ensure the perfect fit, we recommend consulting our Size Guide, which provides measurements for height and weight.
We use high-quality materials such as merino wool, cotton, linen, cashmere. To preserve their softness and shape, please refer to the care label sewn into each garment. Generally, we recommend a gentle machine wash or hand wash for delicate knits.
